Who are Debt Line regulated by?

We are regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) as a Debt Management company. Our Consumer Credit Licence Number is - 0600520.

Some Debt Management companies are a part of DEMSA. Why aren't you?

Hi Colin,

DEMSA is an Office of Fair Trading (OFT) approved Code of Conduct. Debt Management companies can choose to become a member.

As Debt Line follow the OFT guidelines directly we do not feel it necessary to become a member of DEMSA.
