I forgot to add one of my debts onto my plan with you. Can I add it on now?
Answered by Johanna Toomer last updated 11 months ago.
You can add new debts using your online account at www.debtlineonline.com
On your "account summary" page you will see the "add a debt" button at the bottom of the page below your list of current debts.
There are certain debts that Debt Line cannot help you with, you can see a list of these by clicking here.
Once you are a Debt Line customer you should not be taking out further credit and adding this on to your plan. Your creditors will see this as fraudulent activity and may refuse to accept our repayment based on this.

Hi Doug,
Please view the answer to "I want to add a debt but it doesn’t show in your list" to see what to do.
Thanks!

Hi, I have added 2 more debts and I can see them now on my list. But how do i know that you are dealing with it or that you have contacted the creditor?

by Charlie Adams 10 months ago.
Hi Anne,
We have a list that we check everyday that shows us any debts that have recently been added to your plan. Once we see this we can send out paperwork to the company and begin negotiating a reduced payment arrangement with them.
You will be able to see the date we sent paperwork to them by clicking on the debt, then looking under the heading "What's happened with this debt so far?"
Thanks!

I set up a plan but missed a couple of debts I had on it, I haven't recieved my welcome pack yet, what do I do?

Hi Adam,
If you haven't made your first initial fee you won't be able to add debts onto your plan online. Please call our customer service team on 08000 914 525 and they will do this for you.
Once you have made your first payment you will be able to add debts online as explained in the answer above.
Thanks!

I've tried adding a debt online but it won't let me. I've checked the link above and it's not a debt you can't help with. What should I do?
