How much will you be charging me and why do I have to pay you?

We do charge a fee for our service.
We retain your first 2 monthly payments so that we can:
• Set up your debt management plan including your online account
• Contact and negotiate with the people you owe to try and stop or significantly reduce your interest and charges.
During your first 2 months we do not pay the people you owe money to, this gives them the right to put your debt into arrears or further into arrears, which may cause your overall debt to increase in this time.
After your first 2 payments we charge a monthly fee of either 15% or £30 (whichever is greater). This is included in your monthly payment.
Your monthly fee is used by us to get our Debt Management team working with you to become debt free as quickly as possible. This includes:
• Dealing with the people you owe money to, so you don't have to
• A dedicated team of specialist account managers working for you to reduce your debts
• Access to your personal online account where you can manage your plan 24 hrs a day
